Year (in motion)

Consider a pen, with its tip dipped in water.
Observe obsidian dreams flowing on paper
its colors swirling as though cirrus clouds,
are nothing more than ephemeral thoughts.
We live our lives in motion, as moments
both dismal and blithe meld, like fusion
of two or more atoms, resulting in binding
energy. Believe, that energy alone controls
what we bring into this world.
