Winter arrives

From sparkling frost to deepest snow;
Echo: Now
We whisper when the wild winds blow.
Echo: Low

Subtle a sweetness witnessed in sun;
Echo: Come
And ripples on the stream gaily run.
Echo: Rum

These thoughts are seeds that rise to action;
Echo: Fraction
To ease our hearts of woe impassioned.
Echo: Ashen

At length, the hidden moon in clouds arose;
Echo: Rose
For each succeeding day now longer grows
Echo: Bows

On fields in leagues of beauty spread;
Echo: Said
When twilight clad in sable red.
Echo: Led

We wallow in joy both day and night;
Echo: Quite
The season’s a vision of pure delight.
Echo: Light
