Ten ways of looking at Love

Spread the love

54b18d60472f743396b0039d6fcc70fd

Like spring-time plant
love perfumes everything
with buoyant hope

Love as though a dancer
in the dust
listening ever so intently
to bay of sighs

I long to enrich
my longing and pain
in desperate gulphs of love

Love blossoms
unexpectedly
as though magnolia dusk
painted on azure sky

Love pays no attention
to either doubt or reason
rather profusely gives
like a thoughtless prodigal

Poetry
flows from the heart
that has plunged itself
in love

Love as though
a glass full of wine
emotion, whim, desire
become pellucid

Dreams unfurl
round minds of lovers
nurturing their vision
with fervor

Love kisses us
unexpectedly with words
draining our senses
of calm

Observe as love plays
along the curves of mouth
defining our day
