Often I wondered could you be real;
Wish I could say just how this feels.
Although you seemed complete – ideal
Observe how gamely I shall conceal.

Loved your beauty be it false or true;
You’ve hint of smell – perhaps violet blue
Emotions strange and emotions new;
Though half asleep my eyes pursue.

Often I wondered if you were real;
Our hearts were made of glass and steel
What mattered thus that all around;
Your breath a wave – melodious sound

I saw what others just failed to see;
You’re true as flesh and blood could be.
Your presence taught my heart to soar;
Words they spoke like never before.

Shall search until my soul has found;
A love like this shall know no bounds.
Had never deemed it so essential;
Wish you mine oh quintessential.
