Bourbon peaches
spiked with brown butter, cinnamon, sugar and salt
stir emotions
as outside the sun combines complete nothingness
with impulsive thoughts.
Forgive me,
if my inner being prefers quiver that escapes
your lips,
at mere suggestion of pairing with chardonnay
and vanilla ice-cream.
