My Philosophy Of Love

Spread the love

Love transcends time and space;
Never was an emotion so pure.
The features of his chiseled face;
Wrapped me up in soft allure.

Never was an emotion so pure;
Followed by a fiery passion.
Wrapped me up in soft allure.
A deeper part of every action.

Followed by a fiery passion;
The features of his chiseled face.
A deeper part of every action.
Love transcends time and space.

    For an emotion so pure, we sure do jack up love at times dont we. Ha. Perhaps it is how we put our hands on love and try to shape it to meet our desires and definitions of love. We have been sold a view of love as well that became and ideal that we have to live up to. There is a pure love though that transcends the structures that we try to create of it – and that is a beautiful thing.

    A passionate pantoum for sure, & blissfully shared, a sensual message not marred by antiquated form, but shining through as eternal truth, as more solution than conundrum.

    This is beautiful. I love the pantoum form and it works quite well here. You did a great job of writing the opening / ending line, which is, I think, the key to a good pantoum. Peace, Linda

    Yes, what you have written is so very true. Deep love definitely transcends time and space.
    Great pantoum, Sanaa.
