Conviction

Spread the love

So often heart’s restless as southern wind,
won’t you offer solace, soothe with whisper
World’s a scene of blood, wine and bedlam
come savor oh thoughts that remind of love.
Though night’s emblem of darkness of soul,
there are times when my mind rejects dolor;
figure everything moral leads one to You.

    It’s easy to dwell on the miseries, isn’t it? But there are times and moods when we seek the more pleasant and reassuring. I’m glad you wrote this, Sanaa. Good for the ‘heart’.

    I love the classical flavour of this line. We should allow ourselves to be reminded of love all the time.

  3. Old Egg says:

    In think there is nothing better than a sympathetic ear when suffering dolor and talking your troubles through with a true friend. Love lets you cope with most problems.

    The current world situation is not too good. One would welcome any overtures of feelings of friendship

    There are so many conflicts and destruction that one feels helpless and crave for peace, any kind of solution!
