Cloud Of Pink

Spread the love

tumblr_m3q9rmINjt1r8xqmio1_500

The setting of sun at time of dusk.
Glancing from atop the hill;
Dim light spreading in the sky,
Ranging white to pink clouds fill.

Pink Clouds set the atmosphere;
Harboring feelings of relaxation.
Romantic lighting fills my mind;
Creating a burst of sensation.

Every cloud differs in shape and size;
None as pretty as cloud of pink.
Changing color at time of sunset;
Faster than the eye can blink.

It makes us think and smile;
Pink cloud of interpretation.
As we wonder in amazement;
At God’s eloquent creation.

For clouds seem to float higher;
Closer more to door of heaven.
Moving forward with utmost grace;
Honoring us with their apparition.

The setting of sun at time of dusk.
Glancing from atop the hill;
Dim light spreading in the sky,
Ranging white to pink clouds fill.

  2. I like your poem about the pink clouds, Sanaa. They never cease to impress me, you have told why very nicely. The picture find is great too.
    My pink sky and cloud pictures never turn out very good. I should shut the ‘red eye’ eliminator off but I never can remember how to do that.

  3. There is much to think about in this poem, Sanaa. I do think it is so true that at different times of the day the clouds look different and have unique colors, depending on the sun. And nice to think of the clouds floating closer to heaven, as that is comforting thought! This poem fits very well with the title of your blog. Smiles.

  5. Sanaa,

    Like a complete splash of reds and oranges, strewn across the evening skyline…I witnessed this very kind of sunset, a month ago by the edge of the magnificent, Californian Pacific coast..Unforgettable images..
